June 2020--
Truly a thrill to find out that my poem "Lupo Mannaro" won the Gold Poetry in the Alberta Magazine Awards!

May 2020--
New wolfish poem in the latest issue of Arc Poetry Magazine! This one is called "Teen Wolf" -- maybe you can guess what pop culture artifact it references?

April 2020--
Happy to have a poem in the newest issue of Contemporary Verse 2. "Sad Friends" was first written a long time ago for my beloved friend Gen; it's grown a lot from that version to this one.

December 2019--
I really enjoyed doing this mini interview for Thomas Whyte's mini interview site. Read it in 5 parts here.

October 2019--
My poem "Lupo Mannaro" is the first runner-up for the Glass Buffalo Poetry Prize! This poem is about wolfish things and my wonderful nonna (and more). You can read it in the current issue of Glass Buffalo.

April 2019--

I'm incredibly grateful for this generous review of my poetry chapbook Shapeshifters from A.W. French, up now at PRISM International. Perhaps you will read it and weep, as I may have done?

December 2018--
I'm so happy that my essay "Glossolalia" appears in the latest issue of Room Magazine, which you can purchase here. Room is such an awesome publication - very worth getting a subscription to! This particular essay is about speaking in tongues, family, illness, and love and stuff.

December 2018--
It's here! My poetry chapbook Shapeshifters is sitting in a stack on my desk and I couldn't be happier with it. If you want to read it, you can order a copy from Rahila's Ghost Press!

June 2018--
So thrilled to have my essay "Glossolalia" shortlisted for Room's Creative Non-Fiction Contest! I started this piece many years ago at school in Bennington, Vermont and was delighted to find out it had landed on this shortlist as I was driving back into Bennington, a place I very rarely go to now but apparently is still full of synchronicities.

May 2018 --
Last month, I sat down over breakfast to interview my dear friend, writer and magical femme, Alessandra Naccarato. Now you can read the interview on GUTS Magazine!

March 2018 --
I got to interview director Greg Berlanti and actor Keiynan Lonsdale about their new film Love, Simon for them., which was pretty much a dream come true! Check out our conversation about the film, coming out, and queer representation.
